1. As we can see from this photograph the house was designed in the 1960s and would have been cutting edge at this time, now my clients want to bring this property up to date.
2. The main downfall of this property was the large expanse of flat roof, which can be problematic-especially in older properties.
3. Concept number 1: This picture shows a cad designed model of the proposed exterior design . This proposal was altered after a meeting with the client where it was decided that we needed less flat roof space.
4. That's better! Now we are using two large roof spaces for the main roof. We have however kept some flat roof space in order to fit in with the contemporary look we wanted to achieve.
5. This is an overview of the ground floor plan.
